When Riley Hospital for Children refers patients to a dentist, you know he must be good with kids. So don’t be surprised if, after the first visit, your child says, “When do I get to see Dr. Long again?”
Dr. Randall Long’s career reflects his concern for children who may struggle to get proper dental care. He has served as president of the Indiana Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped. He has been a longtime volunteer with Special Olympics, and occasionally serves as a mentor to the residents at Riley Hospital. He and his staff have traveled to Belize, Nicaragua, Guatemala and the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming to treat children and teach dentists on mission trips.
He also served on the board of Walker Career Center on Indianapolis’ east side for 24 years. Dr. Long is committed to helping high school students gain the knowledge and skills needed in the job market.
