In order to make it easier for you to pay in full on the day of your child’s appointment, we offer four payment options: cash, personal check, VISA/MasterCard/Discover, and CareCredit.
Your insurance deductible and/or the percentage of your fee not covered by insurance must be paid at the time of your appointment. We are currently in network with Anthem Blue and Delta Premier insurance plans.
Insurance usually pays within 60 days; after that point, you will be responsible for the balance. Interest will begin to accrue on your account after 90 days unless you are making regular monthly payments.
A prepayment is required for some specific appointments. You will be notified in advance if prepayment is required.
We ask that you give us a 24-hr. notice if you cannot keep your appointment. We charge $25 for confirmed, failed appointments.
